BTW: i fixed the interior light problem. The rear dome has a switch and it was not fully switched to OFF [causing the randomness of it turning on and off]. Haha. I thought i had checked everything... did I feel like an a$$ when Chevy Service flipped that switch... ( ._.)

I just had this problem tonight. I checked all the doors and the dial on the dash no luck. These are the lights on the rear view mirror. they usually dim when u close the door and start the car but not tonight. Hmm. any ideas??

 

Where you using the map lights tonight?
Try starting up the car, then turn the lights off. Usually works for me when my wife leaves the light on.

 

Did you check the hatch? try locking the doors with remote, they turn off quickier if that doesnt work hit button under rear view mirror, might have bump them on.

 

The lights on the RVM have black buttons on the bottom of the mirror itself that I sometimes click on by accident.
