I don't post here a whole lot, but any input would be appreciated =)
My SS is throwing Codes P2199 and P2188

The past couple weeks, I noticed my HHR acting sluggish and such, I figured honestly it was maybe the hot hot weather her in Texas, and my car wasn't pushing pas 15 Pounds(pedal to the floor).
So on June 15th(Saturday) I was driving with my dad and I put it in comp mode and tried to push it and then BOOM, something popped..drove the car home and turns out the silicone disconnected from the turbo. Put the clamp back on, and tightened it up and went out to test it, back to pushing around 23 pounds.

Sunday night I was out driving again, and this time another BOOM..except it was the lower intercooler pope disconnecting from the upper intercooler pipe..reconnected it and haven't even tried to push it since then.

I know it needs new clamps, but still unsure why the car was sluggish .
I have a ZZP intake, ZZP upper IC pipe, Trifecta tune, Magnaflow exhaust and the GMTU.

Not sure how I would go about fixing that one...hence why I posted the topic.

And I'm assuming it's a bad sensor.. but where's that one located =/
