Angry Just a Few Issues!!!!

Gas gauge still reading wrong, Noise in the front when cold is back again, Still having a stale smell when AC is turned on, and now I noticed my driver side headlight has like a yellow tint to it.

Sorry to hear about your problems. For the yellow tint on only one headlamp possible something with the orange tint from the turn signal lamp. Otherwise no ideas. Best of luck getting fixed up.

why would that cause yellow tint though? I wonder if moisture could cause it to do that.

chadpuska, sounds like you have condensation in your headlight . Did a quick internet search and it seems everyone keeps mentioning moisture as the problem for discolored, yellow headlights. No idea if its covered by your warranty...but why not talk to your dealer and find out? good luck!

I actually asked my dealer if moisture in the lights is covered under bumper to bumper when i bought the car and they told me it was. First thing that came to mind for me was moisture too.

Yes chad, moisture. It's a common sight on some older cars with original headlights. Your HHR isnt very old tho.....so all i can say is think positive and go over all the things that you'd like fixed under warranty. ALSO, mention how your next new car might be the SS HHR and how good it would be of them to keep you as a satisfied customer.

One of my headlights is more yellow than the other but that is because I use Silverstars and had to replace one of them....you can see the difference when shining on my garage

Have you tried putting a new bulb in?

Really Iam using silverstars also, but even the outside part of the housing not just around the bulb, all of the chrome has a yellowish tint to it. Is that how yours was?
