This problem is making me dizzy.
You only worked 3 hours and the car was dead ? Yes first thing I would say is battery.
Start again. Give numbers on battery before and after testing it. Don't care how old it is.
Are there any codes stored in the ECM even though check engine light isn't on ?
Did you remove the negative battery cable for 30 minutes and reconnect to see if that cured your problem ?
Why do you have an aftermarket remote start ? Did you install it ? By the way nice splicing on those wires. (electric tape is my friend, not.)
What type of shop do work in that has so many fuses on hand ? Is it a stereo shop ?

It's been posted a couple of times by Donbrew that the BCM (inside fuse box) gets it's main power from the 50 amp Maxi fuse that is back by the battery.
Don asked you before if you checked that fuse but you never answered.
