I wouldn't mess with trying to clean the MAF, Chris. If there are still fuel trim problems after going back to the stock intake, then you might look into getting a new MAF.

Setup your interceptor to show long term fuel trim and knock. Go to the setup screen and put a mark next to whatever you want to be able to read. I think long term fuel trim is listed as Long Trim or something roughly similar. Select that and knock retard. Then setup the annunciator to show any knock above 0. That will turn on the red lights at the top of the interceptor whenever you have knock.

Call Tom at CED. He will be able to get a new lid for the air cleaner. It might not be too expensive. Price are random sometimes though. Try getting a price for the red cover for the positive battery post next to the fuse box.

Dam,

Put her all back to stock , Still shows 255 misfires , And flashes engine light, when stopping and at idle,
Get to cruising speed, And no misfires, Engine light shuts off.

With no engine light on , Boost will run on average 15psi , Hit clear code , on one of the scan gauges, and will boost to 26psi, For that run out , Slow down , Boost to 15psi , Until i clear the none-showing code.again , It's like a nitros button. Very lame . All back to stock, And showing massive missfires (cyl 4) Installed sat. new properly gaped iridium stock plugs. No change .
No wires are touching on the perf upgrade sensors, Map -maf

Think the Batrides going in with 80300 miles and maybe big issues.

Time for a visit to Rockenbach .

Check the coils man. The misfires may be due to a faulty one.
