Don't waste your time with these clowns

file whatever papers you need to, or try another dealer if you realy want to keep the car.
but if he is saying remarks like that..he was romping on it
and i would have went back in and made them fill up the tank

hope you didnt load a tune in the ECM, you know if they find it, it voids your warranty, and u can be SOL

WTF?

Submitting the Manufacture Defect card from my lemon law book tomorrow. Last chance for them to fix it before getting a refund.

Okay, small update:

Dropped the HHR off at the dealership again last Friday, they have not called or anything about the car. My wife called them yesterday, and they said they were waiting for valve springs to come in.

To that, I have 3 questions;

1. I dont believe valve springs have anything to do with misfiring, as it should be an ignition issue. There are no sensors to detect if the valves are opening, as they should be due to the cam turning, correct?

2. If it is due to weak springs, the valves could have been pushed into the pistons, correct?

3. If it was due to hard springs, wouldnt that keep the valves from opening, causing them to be burned?

Times in service: 5
Days at the dealership: 9 (not including 3 saturdays sitting there for 2 hours waiting for them)
