THIS part did fix MY issue. 15 mintues of work and haven't had the problem return.

Hi, glad your problem was solved. Did you find an easy way to get to the blend door actuator and didn't have to take the entire instrument panel retainer out? Or did you change the temperature valve actuator which is easily accessible under the driver side kick panel?(15 minutes work sounds more like the temp.v. actuator rather than the blend door act.)

I have always heard that the Air both at home and in the car even in the Winter they should be run for a few minutes to keep them working well. So I have always done that and n problums.
