new blower motor not working
#32
If I may...Id like to bring this thread back. 06 HHR. Blower motor replaced, resistor replaced, relay tested with a known working relay,13.60v to the blower motor plug, continuity to the ground, all known fuses that have anything thing to do with the hvac system and the bcm3 fuse...all good. Still no blower motor blowing! Help!!
The switch has been known to fail.

I am also running into this problem. I have a 2010 HHR. My heat/AC stopped working last year... Trying to get it fixed so I don't have to go through another NY winter with no heat, especially since I have a baby. Today we replaced the blower motor (checked before install, it works), the relay, checked all the fuses (all good, including the BCM3), and checked the switch for functionality as well. Still have no power to the blower. It does not even work on high, so I don't think it is the resistor? I don't have an issue with leaks, everything is clean and dry. What am I missing?!

Assuming you mean fuse #4 on the under hood fuse box and relay #30 on the BCM have been tested good there must be a broken wire.
You are correct that if the resistor is bad you would have high fan only, not no fan. It might be pulled out.
However, what do you mean
? The AC compressor will not run if the fan is not on.
