Courtesy Transportation from Chevrolet
I am not sure this is the correct thread to put this on, but I'm sure a moderator will move it if it needs to be.
Chevrolet courtesy transportation consists of the following:
*Shuttle vans (I can't tell you if all dealers have them)
Chevy recommends a 10 mile radius for these vans. We go 20 miles and sometimes further. Why? Because if a customer is willing to drive 20 miles in dallas to have their vehicle serviced, then we are willing to drive the same distance to get them home/work/wherever and back.
*Rental vehicles
Chevrolet will pay $37 per day on small cars and mid size cars and $42 per day on larger cars and trucks, if the vehicle can not be repaired in 1 business day. Enterprise Rental is their preferred vendor on rentals.
*Taxi
Chevrolet dealers can reimburse for a taxi charges.
*Bus/Trains
Chevrolet dealers can reimburse for public transportation. Up to $10.00
*Gasoline in a friend/relatives vehicle.
Chevrolet will give "reasonable" reimbursement for gas used to take you to or pick you up from the dealership
*All of these options are up to a five day maximum, unless there is a parts hold situation or other problem that requires a chevrolet area vehicle manager to get involved with. Receipts have to be provided for the reimbursements and come directly from the repairing dealer.

Okatta, stop fretting. These cars are pretty bullet proof. The Ecotec engine in particular is capable of exceeding 350,000 miles with regular maintenance (367,000 miles documented on a Saturn Ion Ecotec before it finally cracked the head).

I had the brake light issue last winter the temps were about 5 degrees or just below that. The brake light was lit up and there was a brake fluid message (it went away quick like yours). I took it to the dealer and they replaced the master cylinder there was apparently a bad sensor in there. I have not noticed it again since then and it has been in the 5-10 degree range a couple mornings this winter.

Thank you so much for all the replies. I GREATLY appreciate them all. You have all taken a load off of my shoulders. I will contact my local Chevrolet dealership in hopes that they can replace my sensor. I have set this site to my favorites so I will be visiting here frequently and doing what I can to help out with this awesome community.
In all honesty I must say that when I owned my Firebird the forums/club I was in was not as informative, nor was it half as helpful as you all are. I thank you all greatly. As soon as the snow goes away I will take some pics of my new HHR, and post them here.
I'm also sure I will plenty of more stupid questions to ask, so I will be around - don't worry. :)

Welcome to the site. No, you won't be sorry you bought an HHR! I lurked around this site before I bought mine in order to gather information, and can happily say that what I learned on this site clinched the deal for me. For all the negative things reported on this site, there are more positive exchanges that will make you feel good about your purchase, and make you feel like a part of a very exclusive club. Again, Welcome, and enjoy your HHR!

store boughts!
I am glad you feel relieved. You are not alone with your nervousness. Commiting to a 5 year note on a car you dont know much about can cause unrest in anyone's conscience...
It pleases me to read your words of praise for this site, and its helpful members.
I belong to a few message boards...one of which I pride myself as a moderator, and most prolific poster...because the underlying theme of that site is to help one another peacefully, and the rules are VERY strict. Many forums out there are loosely organised, and consit mostly of banter and bickering amoungst its frequent users-enough to scare any hardened auto enthusiast away.
