No brights
Hi all. My brights don't work in on position. I can flash brights and blue indicator lights up. When driving, putting brights on shuts off headlights completely and blue indicator lights up.
I replaced both bulbs, replaced multi-function switch and fuses for lights are good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The relay for the brights is good and works for other circuits. None of the matching relays works for the brights, no click heard (obviously). Is there another relay somewhere or connector for the brights? Thanks.

Have you tried the hi beams with the head lamps on (not in auto)? On mine if its in auto and during the day time the high beams will not work by pushing the switch forward but the flash ( pulling the switch back ) will work and tha dash indicator will light. With that said I wonder if you auto head lamps are working maybe its the day time running lamps that are on and not the real head lamps?

Thanks for suggestions. I will test w/auto lights off and see about the parking brake impact on this. I have to modify original description that sounds like the brights work when flashing. That is not so. That is just the low beams flashing and there's no brights whatsoever.

I misunderstood. The dash indicator work so I would say the the switch and body controller is working. My guess would be wiring to the PDC or the PDC it's self. (PDC = power distribution center). Need a wiring diagram.

Have not driven it or worked on brights tests yet. But just wondering if a standard meter with DC volts, Ohms can be used to test the wiring once I find out what too look for at the relay socket or bulb socket. Is there a manual I can buy or any readings to look for that are good place to start?
