No power to fuse 19 at the bcm

Hello all I'm new to the forum I've read a few threads in the top of a few times but I got a real problem here got a 2007 Chevy HHR I put three motors in it but not not being issue about a month ago I had a fuel pump go out drop my girlfriend off at work came back out wouldn't start I replace the fuel pump got plenty of fuel pressure to the front and realize that d number one fuse 60 amp for EPS has grounded out and kept blowing whenever I hook the battery up needless to say I was trying to jump the car when the fuel pump went out running the battery down so with that being said I've gone through everything and I fix that problem no more ground to the EPS 60 amp is working fine but now I have no power to the UPS power steering control and airbag fuse number 19 on the inside fuse panel at the BCM all power throughout the rest of the car works what I turn the key to crank no power to the number 34 relay from the ignition switch or BCM however you want to route that so basically I have no power to the starter incidentally I found a short in the starter solenoid so that was also replaced so can anyone help me to find out why I'm not getting power to the fuse 19 and is that what's causing the no power to the relay 34

Welcome to the site, 3 motors? Do you mean the engine? Or power steering motors? No power to the underhood fuse box for the EPS Moyer or to the interior fuse panel?
these problems could simply be a must placed wire from the battery to the fuse box underhood then to the starter or a faulty ignition switch, have the ignition recalls been addressed?

You keep blowing the power steering fuse because you don't follow the directions in your Owner Manual for jump starting. See the link in my sig.

Since you were essentially shorting out the entire electrical system there is no telling what damage has been done.

Fuse #19 has nothing to do with airbags, but does have a lot to do with the power steering. It gets power from relay #51 underhood.

Relay # 34 gets it's power from Fuse #5 underhood and relay #51 underhood.

I suspect what you think is a short in the starter circuit is actually a ground signal.

Your post is too difficult to understand. Sentences, punctuation, hit return twice to make paragraphs. These would make it easier to understand, and therefore, easier to help you.

2.....got a 2007 Chevy HHR
3.....I put three motors in it but not not being issue
4.....about a month ago I had a fuel pump go out
5.....drop my girlfriend off at work came back out wouldn't start
6.....I replace the fuel pump
7.....got plenty of fuel pressure to the front and realize that d number one fuse 60 amp for EPS has grounded out and kept blowing whenever I hook the battery up needless to say I was trying to jump the car when the fuel pump went out running the battery down
8.....so with that being said I've gone through everything and I fix that problem no more ground to the EPS
9.....60 amp is working fine but now I have no power to the UPS power steering control and airbag fuse number 19 on the inside fuse panel at the BCM
10....all power throughout the rest of the car works
11....what I turn the key to crank no power to the number 34 relay from the ignition switch or BCM
12....however you want to route that
13....so basically I have no power to the starter
14....incidentally I found a short in the starter solenoid so that was also replaced
15....so can anyone help me to find out why I'm not getting power to the fuse 19 and is that what's causing the no power to the relay 34
I broke it down. Still hard to understand. Anyone got any suggestions for this person ?

I think I answered all of the questions in #3.

What we have here is someone who thinks modern automobile electrical systems work the same as they did in the 1970s.
