And for my defense on my errors, There is no cover over the posts under the hood. I bought the car used. AND WHY would ANYONE have 2 post things under the hood where 1 is red and the other is black...... So my assumptions got me where I am now.

The fuse at the battery only powers the BCM. To get a ful lobotomy disconnect the negative battery post.
If the power steering fuse did not blow there is no telling what could be damaged.
In later years they added a large red decal on the top of the fuse box illustrating the proper jump points. People still do it wrong, you are not the 5,000.

still nothing when trying to start.
Only Half Of My fuses Getting power. service air bag light is on. says the brake is set but it is Not. ABS light is on. and still it when i try to turn it over i get nothing.
