No start after exhaust repair. Help ! Please

Help. 2008 LT Panel 2,2 180,000 miles Battery tests as good , alternator replaced 2 months ago, Starter replaced 17 months ago . Recently Had an exhaust leak. Common Defective HHR flexpipe repair, same day as repair on flexpipe also put new rotors and pads on. Exhaust leak fixed (not an easy task cuts, drilling and welding). Starts up 3 times after fix in testing it’s fixed. I drive away stop at a gas station 5 miles away turn car off put gas in , walk into store come out 5 min later and car won’t start. All lights coming on everything lit up turned on, key not stuck, when key hits start just clicks. All the same symptoms of a bad solenoid on the ridiculous starter solenoid combo. Stater was replaced not that long ago. Could this possibly be something else? I ran for about 4 weeks with the exhaust leak and a bad rotor. When both were fixed.:)... on my way to gas station I was so happy. Quiet, no more fumes ,smooth brakes. Now this .I’m ready to cry. Any suggestions on other possibilities as to why this could have happened ???after these 2 repairs on 2 completely different problems? Could it be fuel related because of repair on exhaust?

Battery or starter, or connections to either one. You say battery tests good - was it actually tested with a LOAD TESTER to measure the capacity of amperage?

"Battery tests as good"
So the battery was tested AFTER the car wouldn't start ? If so, then you took the battery out of the car so you could take it to be tested ?
Have you tried to jump start the car ?
You need to do some voltage checks. At the battery, at the fuse box connection, at the starter. Anything below 12.3 volts is considered low.
Based on your post it appears to be a low battery condition or connection as whopper stated.

X2 for the battery and possibly a ground wire disturbed while fixing the flex pipe.

Last on-site visit was 12-03-2019 06:01 AM - she may not realise that the forum is not monitored 24 hours a day - and is only populated by drop-in volunteers.

But, came back on 12-3 at 10:51 pm. Didn't bother to acknowledge her own thread.

Honestly I don't understand folks that post up looking for help, then won't come back. Even after they are given some opinions on what to check out and look for.
What's the point of doing that ?

If we could figure that out FMG we could figure a method to have our HHR’s last a lifetime, not it’s lifetime but our lifetime!
I leave human behaviour up to television shows like Criminal Minds or Law and Order Criminal Intent.
