Snoopy, what was the sunroof "glunking" problem? Mine make a load clunk when it closes.
Thanks

i wanted the LT all along, no LS for me
and the difference between the LT with and w/o the sunroof with all the options i wanted was only about $300, which isnt bad at all for a factory sunroof, or even an aftermarket one

Sorry it took so look to get back.......was on vacation.

Seems that the "clunK' is a bit of a problem with a good many HHR's.

The roof is hitting a "guide" to the slider panel.....at least on mine. If it happens to frequently, damage will occur to the panel and not open all the way. Easy fix by the dealer.

Thanks Snoopy, I need to take it in for an oil change so I will ask them about that and also there are small scraches on the side mirrors all over.

ours too, but ours has benn fixed, then replaced, and now rattles worse than before. Ours also caused the sunroof to malfunction, the velcro became stuck in the sunroof causing it not to shut , and of course it happened when it was raining outside.... but still not fixed, it still rattles terribly even after the new headliner

I've taken mine in three times to get the noisy headliner fixed. It never was. I've kind of learned to live with it, but it's still damn annoying.

You guys have no idea how comforting it is to know that it isn't just my car that has these problems. I like having this little support group. :)
