It’s in the pump, fuel pressure should be 50 to 60 lbs.

Checked with fuel pressure gauge today and with the fuel pump primed, 3 psi. As soon as the pump stop, pressure drop to o psi in 1 seconds! Takes about 6 or 7 cranks to start and for the first 2 or 3 seconds, the pressure BUILTS up from about 21 psi and tops off at 41 psi in about 5 seconds. So runs rough on first seconds when started but fine afterward. So ordering the AC delco from rockauto Fri.
