Oil & Coolant leak

Oil & Coolant leak
I've recently sprung what appears to be an oil and a coolant leak in an 06, LS, with the 2.2L engine. The coolant is in the right side of the engine and the oil appears to be right and/or right front.
I've proactively ordered a water pump tool and thermostat. I'm unsure where the oil is coming from.
Should I order anything else besides a water pump kit? I'll look to see if I have the oil cooler and try to identify the oil leak.
Any advice???

Is the right side the driver side? That is where the oil cooler is. The water pump is between the engine and firewall on the passenger side.
The seals on the oil cooler are a common failure point.

2.2 ? I don’t think they had an oil cooler in 2006 model year , just the 2.4.
double check the oring for the oil filter cap, the cap itself for cracks , the oil pressure sending unit .
sometimes it’s just the oil that drips while changing the oil filter.
on the passenger side look at the harmonic balancer the oil can sling past the crankshaft seal , but not until the revs are up .

Any additional parts I should order (balance shaft tensioner, cam seals, etc.) besides the water pump, o-rings for outlet(s), and a new serpentine belt (mine is cracking)? The vehicle has 140K miles on the odometer.

If you are in the mood you should do both chains and all guides, front seal sounds like the culprit from the vague description. You should be able to see the origination points.
O-rings come with some pumps. Cam seals?
Changing chains means you don't need the pump tool.

I'm going to clean the engine bay with a pressure washer tomorrow to get a better idea from where the leaks are coming.

Not yet.
I'm planning to pull the plastic access panel inside the passenger side inner fender and try to get a good look at everything tomorrow before pressure washing. I'm hoping the oil leak is a simple one to find and cure. The harmonic balancer seal seems straightforward and it looks like I can borrow the special GM removal tool & save $65.
