I'm not getting anywhere finding these bulletins, I noticed a post that said you have to pay now... do they show up anywhere else? I'm heading to the dealer with my battery woes and probably leaving my car there, if there's anything else I can get them to do....

There seems to have been a bad batch of batteries installed in some HHRs, mine being one of them. I took mine to a dealer, explained after jump starting it and running for an hour each time, they replaced the battery and I was out within an hour, free under warranty. 6 months later the new battery seems to be doing fine.

Great JX, thanks for the heads-up... I'm sure it's a dud, read 11.5V unloaded this morning and wouldn't turn over (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)
I have other issues (remote won't open side doors, passenger air bag) so I'm leaving it with them so just wanted to keep them busy :-) with any of those bulletins if I could find them. I also got a shock with my insurance too, that was an unwelcome surprise, they're telling me it's too new a model and they don't know how it will fare.... what a load of crap, shysters, can't win.

Get another insurance co. Our insurance is quite reasonable on our HHR(State Farm), and my mother in law just got a welcome suprise when she bought her 08 HHR: It had lower rates than her 5 year old Vibe(she has allstate).

Unfortunately yes, the access changed - https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/show...1&postcount=52
Most can be found on this board or elsewhere by searching.
