OK seems we no longer will be getting free updates as you have to pay $50.00 to get them. But here is a link that does list them only problem is that you get no details so it makes it tough to print anything.

http://www.alldata.com/TSB/0611bs_en.html

If anyone knows of another site let me know and I will look into it.

The only issue I've had is the rear hatch not opening. I believe this was fixed on the 06 models built after a certain date. Should not be an issue if your planning on getting an 07.

Alot of these are on 2006 models. Most new car models do experience some problems when released that are normally solved in the first model year. Remember that this site is only a percentage of all HHR's purchased.

And that only a percentage of those on the site have any of the problems! Although our HHR has less than 9000mi. on it, it's used every day and we've had it for a year and a half. Our only problems have been a defective pass. side sun visor and a leaky rear shock. Both these being replaced under Warranty.

I can say I have over 20k miles on mine and have had no problems. I enjoy mine and if we did not need a bigger car for the wife and kids, we would own 2 of them as she loves mine.

Since we can't access these anymore...does anyone have the TSB # or a copy of it for the air conditioning growl/whine? I'm going to take mine in for the armrest problem and want to have them take care of that as well. Turned mine on the other day and it's still making that noise. Figure if it's going to go to the shop, I may as well have everything fixed at once.

Thanks for any assistance or info.

You can still get a list of the TSBs at the alldata site, just not the content of the TSB.

2006 HHR - http://www.alldatadiy.com/TSB/0611bs_en.html

2007 HHR - http://www.alldatadiy.com/TSB/0711bs_en.html

However some of the newer TSBs that have been mentioned here are not listed yet.
