P0010 and P0013 codes - can you just clean the solenoids or do they have to be repla?

P0010 and P0013 codes - can you just clean the solenoids or do they have to be repla?
Thanks for the opportunity to share my car problems; I’ve got a 2011 HHR LT with 125,000+ miles on it and the OBD-11 readout is as follows:
P0010 intake camshaft position actuator circuit / open (bank1)
P0102 mass air flow (maf) sensor circuit low frequency
P0113 intake air temperature (iat) sensor circuit high voltage
P013A H02S slow response rich to lean sensor 2
P0010 intake camshaft position actuator circuit/ open (bank 1)
P013A H02S slow response rich to lean sensor 2
P0010 intake camshaft position actuator circuit /open (bank 1)
P013A H02S slow response rich to lean sensor 2
Ive changed the oil, oil filter and air filter, plus installed a new cmp sensor and removed and cleaned the MAF with some specific CRC mass airflow sensor cleaner.
question is, can I simply pull both the intake and exhaust camshaft position actuators (individually) and clean them with the same spray, then reinstall them or should I replace them?

Welcome to the site, you can try that, most times it’s the electrical that fails. So, be ready to order up new ones.
I’m thinking more low voltage at the battery, and or a loose timing chain or broken front guide upper bolt.

The red above is most likely the root of your solenoid codes. Dirty oil has plugged up the solenoids. Don't try and clean them. Get new ones(both) and swap them out. It's a simple 20 minute job.

Ideally I want to fix all of the ref codes; also when I called the local Chevy dealer parts dept they gave me the new updated p:n’s: 12679100 and 12679099 , but when I checked on amazon and plug in my make, model and year HHR, it says they won’t fit my vehicle? So who’s right???
