I agree with all of the above. I would think that if the truck tire did that much damage it would not be unreasonable to think that wiring or sensor damage could be done.

I have worked on a lot of cars that were put back together by body shops with check engine light code issues.

It's easy to forget a ground wire,leave it loose of as stated above bend a wiring pin when putting it back together.

Keep complaining to your body shop and insurance company.
