p0302 and p0446 related?

EVAP vent valve is the one near the fuel tank.

Last time vent valve was replaced was over 20,000 miles so I don't have a date or exact miles.. I did unplug it and reconnect it tho while I was down there. Should it be replaced again?

Do what you want, I'm just telling you what the codes mean. P0046 means that the vent is not venting

Come to think, are you counting the cylinders from the front of the engine (passenger side)?

Did you do just put Seafoam in the tank or put a few Oz. in each cylinder and let sit overnight?

It's the correct order. I double checked with my Chilton book. The seafoam treatment I did was this:

That cleans the intake; you need to clean the top end. let a few oz of Seafoam sit overnight in each cylinder. That can clean the rings.

Update

Since swapping the injectors, the code switched from P0302 to P0303. Bought new injectors and the code has not come back!
