I'm fairly confident it's a fuse issue, as a lot of the ones I have on my 07 LS 2.2L (second owner) are bad. Which fuse/relay is the code calling for me to replace?

Give the following thread a read, generic OBD II lookup sites are a good start, but there isn't much here that we haven't seen an HHR do in the last decade.

I did mine a few years ago. Doesn't even require any tools to change out, if I remember correctly. Actually pretty reasonably priced fromt he dealer. Mine had a crack in the plastic that caused the leak.

Any idea how to check the fuse and what position might be in? Thank you!

What message says that?
The fuse for the VENT solenoid is #64 and the PURGE is #33 (there are other things attached to #33). You can look at the fuse and determine if the conductor is broken or, you can use a VOM to check for continuity with the fuse out or for voltage on both sides through the pin holes on the top of the fuse with the fuse installed.
