Part Number Help - HHR Storage Tray Wing Nut

#10 in this photo... can anyone help me find a replacement or at least a part number?

Mine blew away while I was changing my tire on the side of the highway and I was NOT running after it :)

i didn't find the parts number but i found this for $9.27. says list price is $14.14
