Once you remove the knee bolster and the plates behind it the motor is right smack in your face. It does not take a contortionist to access this motor. At most, IMHO, I would give it a 3 but even then I think that is making it out to be more difficult then it is.

Done....and done

Would like to update you guys that I am done. It was very easy even for a guy like myself who does not work on cars too much. I'd rate this job 1-2 for a non expert like myself. Thank you all for the help.

Now for the waiting game to see if it was just a Steering Motor or a steering column as well, which many of you have highly doubted, and I doubt it as well.
