I have found locking them up with 300 lb cargo backing up down a hill at 10 MPH sometimes changes the adjustment.

So, its been 2 or 3 weeks now on the new rotors, and they are awesome! I'm surprised at the difference in the pedal. Only thing now is since i did the rotors, i have this chirp/squeak every time i turn left. I know for sure the pads are good, maybe i over-tightened something?

Did you 'bed in' the new brake pads easily ? A glazed new pad can cause some weird sounds at odd times.

Plus properly adjusted rears adds long life to the entire brake system.. They are super simple to adjust.. 15 minute deal for both.

Ya, i did the "procedure" to bed the pads, i was just worried i may have over-tightened something, also adjusted the rears and noticed a definite change...

Chirping/clicking/grinding while turning indicates: bad bearing or bad CV.
