Problems getting care out of Park - Brake issue?
When my 2009 HHR has been sitting overnight I have problems in the morning at times (becoming more and more frequent) getting the car out of park until finally one of the times I press on the brake (though, I don't feel I am giving any additional pressure just pressing as hard as I can each time) it finally gives and I can drive on my merry way. Of course it works just fine the rest of the day so the service person can't figure out what is wrong - do you think it could have anything to do with TSB #08-05-22-001 and 001A?
Thanks!
Thanks!

That TSB would be something to consider if you have an SS model HHR, their braking system is different in a couple of ways from the LS and LT model HHR's.
If you have an SS then you might be experiencing the issue outlined in the TSB, if your HHR isn't an SS you still might be experiencing a problem with the Brake-Shift Interlock.
Are you still under warranty? If you are I'd take it to the dealer and have them keep it overnight in conditions that are as close to your parking arrangement and then it just might act up for the techs.
