Rattles from the center glove box

Rattles from the center glove box
Thought there was some discussion on this recently....have just started to have the center glove box rattle on me...looks like you can unscrew it and maybe line some foam in there...has anyone done this or what have you done to eliminate the rattle? (and no turning up the radio does not count 
) AND it is not anything inside the console making the noise
