On my 07 panel (no rear buttons on fob), I must push the door unlock button(fob) twice(within 5 sec.) to be able to use the rear door popper buttons on dash and to open rear hatch. When you push the unlock once it only unlocks the driver door. rear doors sometimes stick to weatherstrip when cold out.

 

I've noticed once or twice in the week I've had the Panel that the door doesn't always pop but I've always been parked on a slight angle when it happened and I figured gravity was working against it.

As for the door sticking to the weatherstripping just lube the weatherstripping with a rubber/vinyl product like Meguiars Vinyl Shine or any other product like it.

 

So here it is a few years later..... No one has been able to fix it. The dealer I bought it from BRAND NEW wont even let this car come there for any servicing at all. I guess since they couldn't fix it, they just wrote off having anything to do with it.

I did try all the things mentioned in here.

 

Wow..! They are denying you service? Did you research the Lemon Law in your state? Seems to me you would have had a strong case back when this issue started. Few years back, my wife had a chevy cavalier z24 and the racks & pinion went after the car was only 6 months old.. Chevy replaced it, but they were never able to get the wheel stop to align properly after 4 visits. The last visit they kept the car a month.. But because they were never able to fix it, we got a lawyer and chevy took the car back on the Lemon Law.. bye bye cavalier, hello Honda CRV...
