not a fuse problem. Bulb, socket, or wiring. You have no idea how many times people are sure that it's not the bulb, and then it is the bulb. How have you tested it?

 

Welcome to the site , check the bulb and bulb socket, look for melted plastic at the bulb holder. Be sure to install the correct bulb

For no good reason, I initially read the OP to mean the bulb comes continuously rather than flashing. Now I realize it's an ambiguous description. More typically, it doesn't come on at all.

Betcha we'll never know.
