Ok, 917 miles on my new HHR. she went in to the shop for a new right rear Quarter glass. Now I knew these cares were tight, but when I closed my Drivers side door I heard a funny sound. I opened the door again and heard it again. After some investigation I found some glass that was no longer attached to my car. New window installed at no charge! The dealer says that this has happened more and more frequently. She is Fixed, didn’t really like the woody look.

 

What, they put in plywood?

 

I think the "plywood" would have been the temp fix till he made it to the dealer.
