replaced wheel bearing...DIDNT HELP THE HUMMMM!

Good Point ... I have had that problem with cupping and noise in the past.
The way it came on I could have sworn it was a wheel bearing failing.
I would run my fingers across the tread face to check for feathering or cupping. Not just visual.
Keep in mind that if you move the left front to the right front it will be turning the opposite direction.... rolling the other way.

brake pads..normal wear..even...
rotors..no marring..looseness or uneven wear...
shroud behind rotor..not loose or cracked...
in past experience with CV joint probs..I had a more "clicky rumbly sound..this HUMM is smoooooooooth,,,,...... not that thats not a posibility.
alignment is something Ill be checking..although I have no unever wear..or drift ..but worth looking at...
lemme throw this out....for consideration..
axle failure???

Not likely really, half shafts have basically three failure modes.
Bent...they'll shake your brains out if bent badly enough, or you'll get a vibration like a wheel badly out of balance.
Stripped splines...rare and hard to mistake, take off from a standing start and it sounds like the guts are going to fly out from under the hood.
Broken...self explanatory, snap a half shaft and it'll be really evident right then and there.
Maybe a case of a broken or failing engine/transmission mount letting things move during cornering. Or a broken exhaust hanger letting the system swing into the under body causing the hum.

Are you certain the noise is from the front? Rear wheel bearing have been known to fail in the HHR also. What about the tire rubbing somewhere inside the fender? The stuts could be shot already and now your camber is off. The OM Sachs struts on the LS/LT models are absolute garbage.

At this point,
You might want to take it to the Chevy Dealer/s with the best repair shop reputation you can find in your area and let them drive the car for a quick test with you in the car if possible.
Tell them your whole story and ask them to please explain all there thoughts on the test.
This issue may or may not be all or partially covered under warranty because of mileage or general warranty coverage issues.
Be civil and let the Dealer make the call. Maybe you'll get lucky.
You could then make a decision on if you want them to proceed, and if not you would at least walk away having picked their brain for a "Pro opinion".
You could always go to more then one dealer for additional opinions.
