Road Rash

Ok, I did something stupud today. I thought I could get into a turning lane but apparently I did not have enough room between the truck neext to me and the curb. I heard a tump and sure enough when I got out and checked on my car I had scxraped the curb with my passenger side Wheel. My beautifull 18" has now got an inch and a half long road rash mark.

Does anyone out there know if there is anything I can do without having to take it to a wheel place to have them fix it. I am sure they will be expensive and I just don't have the money to fix it right now.
