Mine skipped a tooth, and was loose after 20,000, why? Cause the front guide upper bolt broke. It didn’t make any noise, just the P0016 code. And I know these engines are very close tolerances, so I replaced the chain , didn’t want to deal with bent valves, broken pistons and worse!
