I have the codes from Autozone and they are:
P0013 Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit
P0128 Engine coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature
P2135 Throttle Position Sensor 1-2 Correlation error
P0013 Exhaust Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Control Circuit

So the cam actuators need replaced, could be because of dirty engine oil / low oil level.

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0013

And a how to fix it guide

The P0128 would be the low coolant / water issue and by age the thermostat is stuck open.
So a flush and clean fresh Dex cool! And a new AC Delco thermostat, good to go!

Here is a great how to guide!

As for the P2135

And a how to video

The throttlebody needs a good cleaning and the MAF sensor while you're at it.

As I understand it, the car is still leaking coolant and overheating. None of the codes are likely related to the current problems, and have been sitting there for up to a year and may or may not be still valid (may have been one-shot incidents). Putting more money into what might be an engine that needs replacement might not be a good idea, and just throwing good money after bad.

Being that those codes have been sitting there for a year, my suggestion is to ignore them for now, and address the current problem (coolant leaking and engine overheating). Once the current problems are resolved then address those codes if they reoccur.

EricaJohnson: you need to have a MECHANIC do a proper diagnosis on it to determine how bad a problem you are looking at with the coolant leaking and the overheating. You will not get it diagnosed nor fixed by coming here - that vehicle needs a mechanic to do a hands-on diagnosis.

My very next suggestion, a radiator/ cooling system pressure test, and a compression test by a competent mechanic, to determine how to proceed, myself, I did be looking for a replacement engine

Exactly - I just didn't want them to get their hopes up and get distracted on what looks like a pretty bad situation for that engine.
