Service Bulletins

Went in for IAT sensor and they told me it was a false code, but there are updates to the PCM like fixing th IAT sensor,Brake issue,tire pressure monitor, there was like 7 updates it needed...May want to look into these updatres

There will always be updated programming and not all are issued in technical service bulletins.

Correct but so many people that I know that have the SS have had some issuses with brakes, IAT,transmission. So I thought why not get it checked out and the service tech said (SERVICE BULLETIN) so if I am using it incorrectly then I learned it incorrectly.

And there are TSBs for updates to the SS and all HHRs and some are just there to use if the vehicle has a similar complaint on it, but no TSB was ever issued. Once a tech hooks up the scanner he/she is going to download the newest greatest update even if the customer doesn't have a complaint about what the update states it is for.
