Service ESC & key stuck in ignition

The point is that they are a well established dealer 50 years plus.
Yes 3 hours and still no answer to issue.
The portable jumper box that they use to jump a vehicle.
They tried the red post under the hood and the new battery that was installed in November in the spare tire area.
I will be calling the Service Manager this afternoon to display my dis-pleasure with the service so far.

Wednesday afternoon update.
I called the dealership this afternoon to check on the status of diagnostics. I was told that the BCM body control module had shorted out along with the cable connector. The dealership is not sure why this happened and had to make phone calls to GM to find out if Parks was covered under GM PP major garden warranty.
Received a call back in an hour later stating that repairs and labor or covered under warranty and I could return to the dealership to pick up a free rental car.
I will be able to have the loaner for five days while they are fixing my vehicle.
Not sure why it took them almost 3 total days to do diagnostics on my vehicle. When I picked up the loaner vehicle their service department looked pretty slow.
Thanks for everybody's help and concern. Once I get the final document right up and have a vehicle I will post any information I can as to what was completed.

Thursday update
4:30pm dealer service called to let me know that a cable connector was totally fried and adjuster will be in within 24 hours to asses and add to the warranty repair.
Ah the SAGA continues! They advised me that the vehicle may be finished by Monday if all the parts are delivered in time.
I have the rental until Monday which is the five day a lot of time. If they don't get the vehicle done by Monday I have to return the car rental vehicle to them. Otherwise pay $35 a day for the rental.
Why does it take three days to diagnose the vehicle and then find another part on the fourth day and have me suffer to be without a car for almost a week and a half because of their incompetence staff?
Still not happy with their service.

I once had a Toyota parked on the dealership lot for 10 days awaiting an OBD1 code reading. The old kind, where you short the contacts and count the flashes, which I had already done but the body shop/insurance company didn't believe.
