Multiple unrelated codes, smells like a bad battery. I've seen this too many times. And it's the easiest thing to start with. As said above, 12.3 volts is a bad battery. In my experience anything lower than 12.6 is bad. After it sits for 10 minutes or more with the engine off, put a multi-meter on the battery at the posts.

I took out the battery from our Dodge Grand Caravan which measured 12.9 volt sitting ... and put it in the HHR. It doesn't fit in the tray but the cabled attached to it without any bindings.

Still doing the same thing however I didn't notice it before but now I am seeing my dashboard needle dancing around and the fuel gauge keep going from full to low fuel back and forth. The readout would read low fuel then stop and also readout service esc and the security lock amber light come on .. also traction off etc.

Does it narrow it down to where the problem is?

Brought eletronice spray cleaner .. took apart fuse box and the unhooked pcm connectors. also unhooked a module that is in front of the fuse box .

Cleaned all the connectors and hooked it back on .. I check two ground wires and it still bolted on ... not loose at all

The dashboard doesn't seem to be acting up anymore and stable .. however now the traction light comes on with ABS and red "Brake" light .. I guess I am narrowing it down to hub sensors now?

does anyone know the resistance reading for the hub sensors on ohmmeters? I want to check it all before going to buy a hub and determine which one is bad one

Just check for continuity.-The larger of the 2 modules in front of the fuse box is the ECM the other is the TCM, the big one with brake fluid tubes is the EBCM.

What 2 ground wires? The large red wire on the side of the fuse box is BATT and the smaller is the power steering.

Another thing to check is the bundle of wires that run to the ECM, we have heard of oil migrating UP the bundle and getting into the connector.

The problem has returned

it seems to show up when it very hot outside and run fine during night time.

The ground cable I was talking about the one near oil filter and behind the grille are both nice and tight so it not the loose ground cable.

I am still looking for it .. any suggeston what to look next? both vvt was replaced 2 years ago with a new pair .

i disconnected the two connector from the ECM and spray clean it .. I don't see any oils on it .. it look clean

One connector was a pain to disconnect with ABS module barely blocking the latch to disconnect it but I managed to disconnect and reconnect without removing ABS module

Look like problem shows up with it very hot outside and goes away when it cool like during night time .. not sure ...

Still looking .. sigh ..

The modules are held in by plastic fingers.

Sounds like a connector expanding and contracting.
