Service ESC + Service Traction + lock icon appearing on dashboard

I been checking the connectors and cables on each hub sensors .. So far all look normal I don't see any type of pinch or damages on the cables ...
Does HHR have any known issue of cable rubbing somewhere and shorting out with the ground? If so, can anyone point out where to check and look?
Thanks ... this is frustrating!!!!
I had similar issue with the 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan that was frustrating the hell out of me then I found the rubbed exposed cable behind the alternator.

My dashboard stop working and there is a ticking coming from the shifter. If I place my hand on it, I can feel it ticking.
this youtube video isn't mine but I am experiencing exactly what this person is experiencing
Hopefully I find the issue and fix it soon.

The small one at the rear is the power steering, The front one should have 2 wires one from the battery and the other to the starter/alternator.
The security light goes on when the voltage gets too low. Has anyone messed around with the dashboard? I am starting to think it is the dash connector. Make sure the fuses on the BCM are seated correctly, especially #7 & 16.

Nobody has messed around the dashboard.
When we got the HHR, it was missing a rearview mirror and the wires for the connector was cut off. I went to the junk yard to get a mirror where I learned that we have OnStar system on our HHR and former owner may has been a bit paranoid cutting the wires off to remove the mirror. I brought a mirror and connector then resolder and heat shrink every wirning on the connector. We didn't want the OnStar feature since my wife and I both are Deaf but we wanted a dome light in HHR. I did disconnected the connector from the OnStart mirror to see if that would resolve it but it didn't fix anything.
I think there is a wire loose or burnt somewhere in the HHR. The problem is not appearing every time and the traction control light now stay on all the time. When the dashboard problem do appear, the power steering is gone and security light come on then there are a bunch of sort of messages on the dashboard like service ESC, power steering, check tire pressure etc.
Just recently the HHR wouldn't start twice so we turn the key to off position and waited few minutes then it would start again. Also, we are expecting overheating issue or air condition not working sometime. I suspect that the electric fan stop turning then we had to park the hhr and wait then it will work again.
Crazy year for us
