She's going in
Having to take my hhr in again for the pads on the running boards, the first time they ordered the wrong one's and after they finally got the part it was replaced. Now two weeks later the same thing is happening it has popped up, so this time they used some adhesive to hold it down??
Now i have to take to a body shop cause the clear coat on my front bumper is coming off. So i'm getting kinda mad will all the problems already.
So far have had the
back bow tie replaced cause it was coming off
wind deflector on the sun roof broke
vanity mirror over would not stay opened
the running board pad
and now a front bumper
AHHHHHH

Let me know what they do. I need to find some time to take mine back in as the same thing happened. Dealer told me it was the nature of the beast basically...and I said that was an unacceptable answer. He told me it was normal for that to happen when they sit outside in the sun all day. Well...after he told me that, I went to the dealership on a Sunday and took pictures of all the HHR's "sitting in the sun all day" and not a one of them had the same problem. Mine started after just 3 or 4 days. Needless to say, had I just had the boards installed I would be madder than I already am. Thanks for the reminder...guess I need to go up there and rattle their cage a little.

So i took it to the body shop and the guy tells me, Ya this has been repainted. Did you buy this new. I was like wait what do you mean and yes it was new. WTF. He says well i'm going to have to do some research on this and pin point where and why this bumper was repainted.
So now i'm waiting on him to give me a time to come in so they can fix this problem.
The running boards well some jack *** decided oh it won't stay down so i'll use some contact cement to fix it. And failed to make sure that the cement was level with the pad so now the pad is uneven.
Needless to say a bad week to try to stop smoking
