Shifter Knob Problems.

I have a LS automatic 2009. The shifter has become very loose. Feels like it is about to fall off. Has anyone had this happen? Any clues on a fix?

I am sure you will get other owner's to post their input on your situation. If you continue to hit a road block on getting this resolved please, feel free to have your local Chevrolet dealership's service department take a look at it. They should be able to assist you with this.

OOPS!!!! Thank you very much. I guess that goes to show I am not just copying and pasting my responses, eh? Sorry gang, but at least I could make a couple of you chuckle.

If no one know what the problem may be, is there a thread on how to take the shifter assembly apart?
