Sound and shaking during driving.

I have an 07 with 44,000 miles. And I have a thumping noise coming from the front tires (thump thump thump, almost like there it something on the tire or it is hitting something) when I turn left or right, I've rotated the tires like I should. There ISN'T ANY shake during braking. I'm not sure what it is but when I'm driving at highway speed the noise inside the cab can be loud.

Any ideas?

Get it looked at ASAP. Something in the suspension or wheel hub just isn't right. You don't want any of those parts failing while you are driving.

I had a similar issue like that a few years back. found one of the front tires was separating and you could see a bubble on the tire.

Sound and Shaking

Another possibility could be; a problem with a "constant velocity joint" which will be initially noticeable during a turn.

Take it to the dealer. Something is loose or about to fail. Let us know what they find.

Well the waiting game starts..... The car was dropped off this morning and I'm already in $105 bucks just for them to look at it.

Well I just got the call, both hubs are bad and the cost is going to be roughly $750 bucks to fix at the dealer....

Now I just need to come up with the cash..

Edit(after reading dbfruth's post): Ignore most of my original post below. According to the post from ChevyMgr in this section, the wheel hubs should be covered under your powertrain warranty. Ask the dealer why they are trying to charge you.

You might want to get a 2nd opinion. I know you're already out the $105 but it might still be cheaper at a standard service shop. For examply, my mom found an independant shop that fixed the A/C in her Honda for $190 less than the dealer wanted. subtract the $75 she had already paid the dealer for diagnosis and it was still $115 cheaper to get it done at the independant shop.
