Speedometer Calibration, Didn't Work
Went to the dealer today to have my speedo recallibrated for the new 17's I put on it (yeah I know it's only like 2mph off, but the dealer said it'd be around $25-$50, so I figured it's worth it to me)
Well anyways after about an hour he came back and said they couldn't do it. The car's computer wasn't programed for those size wheels, only 15" and 16". He said they had to call GM and talk to someone there because they couldn't figure out why. I guess the LS and 1LT computers are programmed different than the 2LT.
Thought it was odd since the '06 had those wheels, but oh well. It wasn't a complete waste, I had a coupon for a free 27 point inspection, and they did that too. Only thing wrong was a torn rear wiper which I new about, and they didn't tell me to replace it (must know I would do it myself anyways!)
