Stabilizer bar end links replacement

I am getting ready to replace the stabilizer bar in my 06 hhr. Do i need any specialty tools to complete this job? It looks prerty straight forward.

Unless you're upgrading to a better bar, that's an unusual replacement project. They really don't break or wear out.

The right way to do it is to raise the car and drop the rear of the motor cradle. Otherwise you are going to need to be inventive getting the bracket bolts out.

so i guess it is the stabilizer bar link, not the actual bar itself.

I need to replace the stabilizer bar link, not the stabilizer bar.

Oh, ok. Yeah, those definitely wear out.
