Okay, thanks. Our streets have been worked on and for a few days, the roads have been very uneven and bumpy, so perhaps something got loose under the hood. Keeping my fingers crossed that it's something easy, simple and inexpensive.

Also check the fuse box itself, there have been cases where they have come loose from their mountings.

I can understand all the frustration you must be going through with this. 843de is correct; the dealership should be able to pull the codes from the vehicle since the light was on.

Please, let us know how things go tomorrow.

Thanks. I actually had to take it to the shop yesterday morning because it stalled on my again and took forever to start back, so the guy at the dealer was very nice, and let me bring it in early yesterday morning. He's not been able to get to it yet becuase he had alot of vehicles but was short of help, but hopefully I'll find out soon what is causing the problem.

So they couldn't find anything wrong with my car, they had it for 2 days, drove it like crazy (his word not mine) LOL. and of course the car never broke down on them, picked it up and drove it for a week and last Friday, trying to go home, and the car was not in the mood, it finally started and got me home (36 miles away), and that was it. Still no check engine light on or anything; it will turn but will not catch (it's not clicking or anything); it's like it's not getting any gas. Ugh. PRAYFULLY, they will be able to find the problem and fix it. And it won't cost me 2 arms and a leg.

Talking Relay again!

Didn't take my car back to the dealership, although they are great people. I decided to take advice from some of the threads on this site and checked the fuses, came up nothing, my husband remembered all of the trouble that I was having with both head lights going out at the same time, then the very next week, my tail lights going out, both at the same time, and for both situations, it was the relay, soooooo WAIT for it, yes, it was the relay. My car set at my parents house (where it died) from Friday until Thursday, because I had to wait until I got paid to have it towed (and to get AAA), when all along, it was something that simple Thank you LORD it was something simple, and even though my sister and my niece let me use their cars, there is nothing like having your own, I just pray nothing else goes wrong with this car, I've only had it a couple of months and will be paying on it for the next 3 years.

Angry Worse car ever

WORSE car I've EVER had. Since my posting last year, my 2006 HHR has been in the shop at least 5 times with the same crap, not starting, cutting off while driving. I keep taking it back to the dealer and nothing. 4 weeks ago, samething, it got me to work, that morning, but then stopped and wouldn't start and I work 35 miles from my home, got it to the dealer, said it needed battery, transmission gasket was leaking and rotors (I know that has nothing to do with it starting but still) the dealer kept it for 3 days, which means I had to dish out money for a rental car and about $600 for repairs. He said he couldn't figure out why sometimes it would turn over and sometimes it wouldn't, he called the GM company but never heard back, And now, same thing. A guy at Advance Auto did a reading since the check engine light came on and said some sort of crank sensor, then 2 days ago my power steering went out. I HATE THIS CAR.
