Stalls with operation of Tilt Wheel

So I start my 2009 HHR 2LT, 25K miles and when I unlock and tilt the steering wheel down the engine shuts off like the key itself was turned to the off position.
Is this an issue with loose fuses or is this something the dealer should look at under warranty? Has anyone else had this issue?

sounds like a bad connection inside the steering wheel. when you tilt the column it is probably breaking contact

I just tried it again and no shut off.
Those seem to be the only issues I ever have, the ones that can't be recreated.
So if and when I take it to the dealer, they won't be able to recreate it and teh problem will not be fixed.

the added weight of alot of crap on a keychain, could damage the ignition cylinder

I bought this used so I am not sure how much weight was in use int he previous 24K miles. Hopefully this is a minor issue and can be remedied quickly under warranty.

Key chains with long dangling doodads hanging on them can be hit by your leg causing the ignition to turn to accessory.

I just have a generic carabiner with about 8 keys; not too jangly...
It is still in the ignition and run position when it stops.
