I'm no mechanic that's for sure. I have mechanic...I'll call him on Monday if it continues and if need be I'll take it to the dealership for a checkup. Thanks guys for the help.

On another note...I cranked it up and rev'd it up a little, turned it off, and I'm getting an extra "poof" sound at the end of motor cycling off. Sounds like maybe it's coming from the intake or maybe even an injector (not sure if that's possible). Anyways, for my trip to dealership, should I throw my oe intake back on or will I be fine leaving the K&N on there?

Put it back to stock brandon. Any excuse to not cover it they will find. Leave nothing on the table for them. Dont take too long to switch luckily.

Yeah it's not too bad really. I'll swap back tomorrow while I'm messing around with a few other things I've got planned.

That is typically the odor you get when raw fuel is dumped into the catalytic converter.

Yup and the cat will get very colorful too. Which means Chef you can look at your cat after running the car a few miles and see if it is getting red and or colored.

Chef- you're not overfilling it at the gas station are ya ?

some other possibles: Emission control system malfunction

Vacuum leak at fuel injector(s)..

Best to get her checked out properly..
