T/C & Alarm Light

Have a 2006 hhr 2.4L with a problem of the T/C and alarm icon coming on when i hit a bump. Have checked for codes found none. Replaced front struts and sway bar links this spring. Vehicle drives fine with these items on. If there is a sensor to be replaced where is it located. Can the car be driven with these items on without harming the car. This problem occurs only when the car hits a bump on the passenger side.

Check for any loose connections. You may have hit one when doing the strut. That would be first check. Then check for any loose fuses. Two quick things to check that dont cost anything.

T/C light staying on?

I have a 2006 HHR 2.4 LT that the T/C idiot light comes on and goes off, lately it is staying on. According to manual this light should only come on if the tires are slipping. Any suggestions?

You have already posted a separate thread for your issue ( https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/problems-service-repairs-42/trac-light-dash-stays-lit-42571/) - and it has already been answered. Why double post and waste our time?
