T/C issue.....still....
Well, I've read the multiple threads on here about the intermitent T/C - hard shift - problem goes away after shutting vehicle off for a short time or replacing the intake and exhaust cam solenoids. I've replaced both of these this past week and still have the issue. I get no codes to pull, and the issue is so hit or miss, it's very hard to trace. I have checked all my fuses and the fuse block connections.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

No codes eh? Are you sure the code reader you are using is CAN-capable and is able to read the codes? If it is not CAN-compatible, it won't give you squat.
It might be worthwhile to drop by a Chevy dealer and see if they can get a reading with one of their units, which likely would be a more advanced unit that what we peons typically use.

I have a 06 2lt 2.4with 60,000 miles my t/c light came on and the CEL showed exhaust cam solenoid code, I had the intake side replaced at 35,000. Anyway I replaced the exhaust soleniod and t/c light came on again for a few minutes off and on for a couple of days, but no CEL so I changed the oil as the solenoid is in in the oil passage area, after that it didn't come on again. So it worked for me.
