I wonder if the tint shop used a heat gun to smooth the tint and maybe heated the lamp assembly too much? Although, you'd think that would burn through the tint film itself if it got too hot.

Nope. There are alot of these holes around the whole back of the assembly. This was a spray tint not a film. Didn't have time to take it in on Thursday either so its going in this Tuesday.

No film tint used. It's a spray tint similar to VHT Niteshades.

Took the car in today. Checked the wiring and everything seems okay. Not sure why/what happened but we are going to leave them on for the time being. Probably going to have our extra set tinted and put on next spring.
