Wow. And still no answers from the OP after being ask politely by whopper. Sorry, but I don't think you'll find any more help here. Best bet is to just take it somewhere and get it fixed.

Fwiw. Those pics don't show anything unusual. Well, other than the bungee cord.
So you've owned this car how long? And just now seeing that bungee cord. Guessing you don't check the oil level very often.

If you take a car to a shop for repairs and it is not right; take it back! Also not sarcasm.

Do you ever look under the hood? Not sarcasm.

It does not take a MECHANIC to open the hood occasionally, and look at things. Not sarcasm.
